What Would You Like to Know?
How long will the job take?
Probably the most common question, and we can understand why, is How long will the job take to do? Each project that we undertake is completely bespoke, and therefore unfortunately there isn't a 'one size fits all' answer. The intricacy and specifications of a job can also alter timings, especially if you require custom made pieces. When you contact us, be sure to ask us about timings as we can give you a rough idea straight away that relates to the scale of work required.
How much will it cost
The price of each job will vary from one person to the next due to no two jobs being the same. At J B Farley and Sons, we will always work with you, and with your budget to help you decide what works best to achieve the look that you desire and remain affordable. We provide a free quote, in which we will come and have a look at the space and discuss any queries and ideas you may have.
Will we need to move out?
For most projects, such as bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, driveways etc, the answer is no. We will always work around you, and will ensure that you are not without necessities such as water/heat for longer than absolutely necessary. Although it is not essential, for larger jobs some clients do prefer to move out for a few weeks during construction. This can speed up the process, and alleviate stress if you are not a fan of living on a building site, but will depend entirely on your circumstances and as mentioned above is not crucial to the completion of the job.
How long will I be without a kitchen/bathroom?
Depending on the scale of your job this can vary. As a general rule (until specifications of a job are discussed) we would say you would be looking at being without a kitchen/bathroom for around two weeks. In this time though we would always set up temporary facilities, and as mentioned above, only leave you without the necessities for the smallest amount of time possible. If this is something you are concerned about, please discuss this with us as we will always cater to your needs as best we can.
Do you offer finance options?
At J B Farley and Sons, an initial deposit is taken and then a payment plan will be created consisting of stage payments.
